Start with a general inquiry

The contact form is for business contact details, an approximate location and a brief description of the help you want. It does not accept attachments. Do not submit repair records, customer information, vehicle identifiers, passwords, access tokens or payment-card details. See the website privacy notice for how business inquiries and replies are handled.

Agree before sharing records

Decide which records are needed, who may provide them and who may review them. Start with minimum-necessary, redacted exports in an agreed format. A general inquiry is not an agreement to receive or process the shop's operational records.

Keep the evidence useful

Preserve the references needed to trace a decision while removing unrelated personal, financial or confidential details. Check free-text notes, hidden sheets, comments and extra columns. Redaction does not replace permission or make every file appropriate to share.

Confirm the working arrangement

Agree the transfer method, authorized access, confidentiality, retention and deletion expectations before records move. Any proposed AI or third-party processing of those records must be identified and approved for the specific data and task. Do not send provider passwords; enter your own credentials in the relevant provider's interface.

Check knowledge sources before implementation

A custom repair-knowledge assistant can be built around an approved document collection. Before customer implementation, confirm the right to use each source, permitted users, access restrictions and any AI or third-party processing. Agree how source references, vehicle applicability, conflicting information and uncertainty will be shown. Technician judgment and applicable repair procedures remain essential.

Keep approval with authorized people

Staff review findings and authorize operational changes. An observation does not authorize an invoice update, credit posting or supplier message. These service boundaries are not a certification, security guarantee or executed confidentiality agreement; any engagement-specific obligations must be agreed separately.
