Use support when the work justifies it
Optional operations support is $2,000 per month, before any applicable tax. It is not required after the pilot or implementation. Agree the recurring work and responsibilities before starting; if the shop can maintain the control itself, ongoing support may be unnecessary.
Define the boundaries
Set the workflows covered, record limits, review cadence, coverage and permitted minor changes. Identify each person's responsibilities. Do not assume unlimited administration, instant responses or 24/7 support.
Review the evidence
Look at the agreed queue, unresolved decisions and changes to the source format or workflow. Distinguish missing information from an actual process failure before recommending a change. Record what needs attention and who can resolve it.
Keep decisions with the shop
The designated manager approves workflow changes; authorized staff approve invoices, credits, repairs and communications. New workflows or material changes need a separate scope decision. Support does not transfer those approvals to FaultZero.
Keep other services separate
Custom software development, hosting and software support are agreed separately, as are diagnostic assistance, diagnostic coaching and Parts lookup setup. They are not implied unlimited benefits of operations support. Review actual recurring effort and usefulness before renewing or expanding the scope.
