FaultZero can help set up a closeout checklist or review queue that brings job records, missing notes and approvals together. The invoice reviewer can see what is complete, what is missing and who can resolve the next question.
02FaultZero can help organize a parts-to-job review queue so staff can trace a supplier charge to its job, return or other recorded use. A supplier charge and a repair-order line do not always describe the same event; a difference needs investigation, not an automatic invoice adjustment.
03FaultZero can help set up a core-return tracker so the parts team knows what was sent, what the supplier accepted and what still needs follow-up. A core deposit, a shipped return and an accepted credit are separate events. Proof of shipment alone does not establish supplier acceptance or money received.
04FaultZero can help organize a credit-review queue that connects returns, supplier credit documents and posting records. Staff can see which items need evidence or follow-up. A return note may stay open after a credit arrives, or appear complete before it is recorded; both need a source check.
05FaultZero can help set up an approval checklist and status view so the service desk can find the agreed scope before invoice review. Technician notes explain what happened; they do not automatically prove that a customer approved additional work or that a charge is billable.
06FaultZero can help set up a shared handoff list with each open question, responsible person and next action. The next shift can pick up the work without reconstructing a message thread. More notes do not help if no one knows which decision is theirs.
Human approval stays with the shop. We check how a proposed tool fits your existing systems. We do not post financial entries, promise recovered money or provide emissions-defeat work.
Diagnostic coaching is +$395 for two hours on one topic, up to four participants. Parts lookup setup is +$400 for an agreed scope; it is not an all-platforms package.
