Remote & on-site diagnostic assistance

A second set of experienced eyes on a difficult truck problem.

No advance appointment is needed to request help. Describe the vehicle, symptom and tools available; we confirm the case, actual availability, rate and spending limit before paid work.

Work through the next check.

$125/hour

Remote diagnostic assistance. No minimum. One vehicle and one agreed issue, with a capable person at the vehicle and suitable licensed tools.

02 / ON-SITE

Hands-on help at your facility.

$175/hour

Two-hour minimum ($350). No separate travel surcharge. Actual service location and availability confirmed before work, at an agreed shop or yard.

Request on-site help

Prices are before any applicable tax. Work begins only after scope and availability are confirmed. This website does not take payment or automatically book a visit.

Assistance is subject to availability. This is not emergency roadside rescue, a promise of immediate response, same-day arrival or 24/7 coverage.

A clear process

Agree the question. Then do the work.

  1. 01

    Request help

Describe the vehicle, symptom and tools. Do not include credentials, payment information or customer records in your inquiry.

  2. 02

    Confirm the case

We agree suitability, availability, scope, rate and spending limit. A brief suitability check is free.

  3. 03

    Authorize the work

The service and payment arrangements must be agreed separately before paid work starts. No payment is collected through this website.

  4. 04

    Work within the scope

Review supplied information and appropriate next checks. Any extension beyond the agreed limit requires approval.

  5. 05

    Receive a recap

Findings, unresolved questions and suggested next checks. A definite diagnosis or completed repair is not guaranteed.

Paid time starts after case acceptance and covers agreed case review and a concise recap. Scheduling, payment setup and waiting for the provider are not billed. Other research needs approval; the spending cap is not an automatic charge.

Scope and prerequisites

Fault-code and test-result interpretation, diagnostic planning and practical troubleshooting discussion. Suitability depends on the vehicle, authorized information, tools and operator experience.

Have these details ready

  • Vehicle and engine identification
  • Symptoms, fault codes and checks already performed
  • Available tools and a capable person at the vehicle
  • Approximate location for on-site assistance

What is not included

Parts, physical repairs, programming, software subscriptions, specialist access and return-to-service certification. No emissions-defeat work. Any other service needs a separately approved scope.

A structured skill-building session during the agreed pilot visit is different from an open-ended diagnostic case.
