The operations pilot / $1,500

One shop. One useful control.

A defined starting point to review a real workflow, surface evidence-backed questions and put one practical improvement in your team's hands.

1shop location
1agreed export format
Up to 60repair orders
Up to 100supplier / credit lines
Up to 20source-linked exceptions reviewed
1practical control

This is a bounded one-workflow operations engagement. Custom software builds require a separately agreed scope and quote.

What your team receives

  • A reviewed, source-linked exception list with unresolved questions clearly marked.
  • One practical control in an agreed compatible tool.
  • Written instructions and a staff handoff for that control.
  • A discussion of what merits further work, including a recommendation not to expand when the evidence does not justify it.

The timing and visit

Ten business days after complete, usable records arrive. Missing information can pause the work. This is not ten on-site days.

One scheduled local site visit of up to two hours for discovery or handoff; the remaining work is remote. Confirm the address, visit and overall scope before purchase.

Initial local work is considered at selected shops 10-25 straight-line miles west, southwest or northwest of ZIP 60156. The actual location and availability are confirmed individually.

The pilot may find no recoverable money. A discrepancy is not proven lost revenue, a debt or permission to bill.

Optional / same agreed pilot visit

Add capability, not hidden fees.

The normal instructions and staff handoff are already included in the pilot. These optional services add separate, agreed work.

Visit duration is agreed for the selected work. Optional services are not credited toward implementation and are not simultaneously billed as diagnostic assistance.
