1. 01

Bring the current queue with source links, last action, responsible person and the question requiring a decision. Remove unsupported conclusions.

  2. 02

Review time-sensitive commitments and older unresolved items first. Use known dates and obligations, not an invented urgency score.

  3. 03

Choose a clear disposition: evidence needed, correction proposed, approved action, no change, duplicate or closed with explanation.

  4. 04

Assign one accountable owner and a realistic next review date to each open item. Record dependencies on another person or supplier.

  5. 05

Confirm which actions require separate approval and who may perform them. Carry unresolved questions forward without resetting their history.

Keep the boundary clear.

A meeting decision does not itself authorize an invoice change, supplier message or financial posting. Follow the shop's agreed approval responsibilities.
