What you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, optional phone number, service interest and a short message. Do not include customer records, vehicle identifiers, passwords, payment information or other sensitive information. The website does not accept attachments or payments.

How inquiries are used

FaultZero uses the information to assess and reply to your inquiry, arrange a suitable next conversation and keep a record of the exchange. Sending an inquiry is not a marketing subscription. The form itself sends your inquiry by email. FaultZero may use AI-assisted tools to organize business communications and draft replies; Mike remains responsible for the service. Do not include sensitive or customer information in an inquiry.

Delivery and technical services

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes form delivery. Accepted inquiries are forwarded to an owner-controlled Gmail inbox for review. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms. Cloudflare receives connection information such as IP address, request time and security signals; rate limiting helps protect the form from abuse.

The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry content or intentionally log message bodies. Mailbox copies and provider security records may remain after submission.

Cookies and tracking

FaultZero does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or audience analytics to this site. Fonts and published images are hosted with the site. Infrastructure providers may process technical data to deliver and secure the service.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails are retained while handling the request and relevant follow-up, and may remain where needed for legitimate business or legal records. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured. Ask Mike to correct or delete an inquiry by replying to the response or using the contact form; applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.

Shop records are a separate engagement

Do not submit shop exports here. Before any operational review, agree which records are needed, what must be redacted, access limits, the transfer channel and retention or deletion expectations.
